KTF, NTT DoCoMo in Talks to Set Up 3G Roaming Belt

Korean KTF is in talks with NTT DoCoMo of Japan to establish a 3G roaming belt in East Asia. NTT DocoMo will purchase part of KTF's shares to set up the partnership, and the two companies are seriously considering forming a joint venture in China, thereby covering the Japanese, Korean and Chinese markets with its 3G roaming service.
